INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When shipping internationally, please be aware that transit time could take up to 30 days or more due to the (COVID-19) pandemic.  We are not responsible for any delays once the item is shipped.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. To track your order, please login to your account by enter your Email id and Password. You will then be able to view all of your order and shipping details. If you have an account, you can also view these details in your Order History.

PO BOX

We do not deliver to PO Boxes/FPO/APO Addresses. House address/Street addresses are normally required to ensure we deliver your order as expected.

REMOTE LOCATIONS

There are some remote areas where we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered within the specified timing and the shipping company charges extra for delivery at remote areas - Please contact customer assistance if you are concerned that this may apply to you. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important if the courier needs additional information to insure a successful delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an international package is refused by customer, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping and handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally. If a package is refused and returned to us for any reasons, the customer will be responsible for all incurred shipping charges.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

The Sneaker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In addition, once the order has confirmed delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen. If for some reason, your package has stopped tracking , we recommend you to contact the carrier immediately to file a claim in regard to your missing package(s).

It is important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Make sure your address is correct and that any apartment number is also provided. The Sneaker is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

DELIVERY CLAIM

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 20 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International customers must pay applicable duties/Taxes and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. These fees are not included in your order cost and are not handled by Us. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. please contact your local government for specific details.
